The given pie charts depict how the customer service of the Parkway Hotel was rated in a questionnaire by a sample size of 100 visitors in the years 2005 and 2010.
Overall, most of the visitors felt that in 2005 hotel's customer service was at satisfactory level, which then improved to good in 2010.
It is conspicuous from the charts that in 2005, only a few people felt that the customer service of the hotel is excellent. Only 14 percent of the people responded in the questionnaire that the dealing of hotel with guests was good. Nearly half of the people rated the service as satisfactory whereas more than one-third of people who were not satisfied with the customer treatment by hotel, rated poor and very poor in the survey.
However, in a span of 5 years, customer services of the hotel improved a great deal. More than two-thirds of people rated the hotel services to be above average and about 17 percent of the guests rated the services satisfactory. The number of people who rated the customer services poor nearly halved and number of those who rated very poor reduced to one third, standing at 12 percent and 14 percent respectively, in year 2010.
