Dear Manager,
I am Mr Shreyas Parab, who stayed at your hotel The Garden View at Nashik in room no 203. I was annoyed by pathetic early morning service and incapability to take immediate action for customer satisfaction.
I had an early morning train at 6.10 am to Pune on my checkout day from the hotel. The hot shower was not working and when I called up the room service, he told it will take a while to get it repaired, additionally he made no arrangements for bathing elsewhere in hotel premises. Above that, when I asked for the coffee, the receptionist denied by saying that the kitchen staff has not yet arrived.
It is really frustrating to have such a lousy morning start, I went by just washing face and empty stomach. The charges what I have paid were wasted, instead of staying in the hotel, I could have managed night travelling and saving my hotel expenses.
I would request you to grant me fifty per cent payment back or else provide free stay for a next visit to compensate with your negligence. Looking forward for your positive response.
