Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
From the Bar graph, the carbon emissions of USA, Germany, United Kingdom, China, Canada and India of three distinct years can be taken.
Looking at the graph, one can possibly say that, the Carbon emissions of USA, China and India has been risen throughout the years. Whereas Germany has managed to reduce it considerably and the emissions of united Kingdom has remained fluctuated.
In 1975, carbon was emitted highest by USA recording 1,200,000 thousand metric tonnes followed by China which emitted approximately 500,000 thousand metric tonnes. India positions itself as the lowest carbon emitter of the year giving out only about 50,000 thousand metric tonnes. The difference between the highest and lowest is likely around 1,150,000 thousand metric tonnes.
After 15 years, USA still leads others and with increased amount which is 1,300,000 thousand metric tonnes, a rise of around 100,000 thousand metric tonnes. China marks the similar trend ranking the same position but with the increased emission of 650,000 thousand metric tonnes. But the lowest position is snatched away from India by United kingdom giving out Carbon around 150,000 thousand metric tonnes. Other than the mentioned countries, Canada and India has made a leap in their emission amount and Germany maintaining the constant rates as the earlier year.
The year 2005 did not visualize any change in the first two positions but witnessed a tremendous jump in the values of United States and China which is 1,600,000 thousand metric tonnes and 1,500,000 thousand metric tonnes respectively. Both shows an increase of more the 200,000 thousand metric tonnes. Although, the emission of United Kingdom and Canada has increased in the past 15 years, they share the least emission among other countries. India has shown an increase to 3,00,000 thousand metric tonnes meanwhile Germany has a drop to 1,00,000 thousand metric tonnes
