The maps show changes in the local industrial village in England called Stamdorf between 1985 and 2015.
The map illustrates a significant change in a domestic village of England called Stamdorf over a period of three decades. Overall, the village had developed quite prosperously and the development was almost close to a suburb.
To start with, there were few roadside inns connected to Arlington Road in 1985, which were later shifted from the north-west part of the village to its south-east region and a road was extended from the earlier point in order to facilitate an industry with its staff quarters nearby the village, which was at the south-east area of the village near the roadside in 1985.
An upsurge in residential estates can be seen in 2015, growing from almost none to two estates over the period. It is also evident that, due to the rise in housing facilities and therefore population, the field was expanded and shifted from its previous roadside location to the riverside area. Moreover, the main bridge along the Arlington Road was renovated and built much stronger with the new steel structure compared to the wooden bridge in 1985
