Nowadays schools and universities are incorporating numerous methodologies and techniques which have ensued in a competitive environment between students. This environment further motivates the pupils to work hard which as a result will bear a good name for the university. This essay will argue the fact that such environment is beneficial and needs to be promoted.
Firstly, citadels of learning should offer more number of scholarships a special waiver in the form of fee exemption so that maximum number of student’s work day in and day out in order to get them. This would entail a competitive environment and an exponential increase will be evident in the overall result and consequently doubly the image and name of the university or schools.
Furthermore, at high school schemes pertaining to special seats for entrance into the universities on the basis of good academic as well as sports performance need to be introduced as this create a sense of competition in the field of academics rather would also boost students to participate in sporty activities. The later would cause more
number of students to indulge in sports and not only improve the overall physical standards but would also bring excellence for the school in the field of sports too.
To conclude, I consider that introducing more number of attractive scheme in universities and colleges would incline more number of students by creating a competitive environment and result in bearing a good name and excellence.
