The an annual conference of my company held in your hotel on 7th Aug, 2019. I lost some documents during that meeting. I am writing to request you to provide support to get it back.
In your conference hall there was appropriate sitting arrangement when we had a meeting over there. I attended meeting by seating on the left corner of first raw with the blue coat and red tie. At the end of the function I went to meet the chief guest and forgot to carried my bag. It has very important documents and pen-drive with the data of annual report of the company which are very confidential.
As hotel have CCTV cameras installed, it would be very helpful for me to check the recording of that meeting time and update me about that bag. I am sure that, I not took it with me.
Kindly request for your support to get the lost bag and your prompt response.
Yours Faithfully,
