The graphics show the composition of a machine that allows to obtain electricity from waves and the possible locations for different kind of waves and cost of installation.
About the first image, shows the design of the machine and their function. At a glance, it is divided in two chambers, one above the other. The lower chamber receives the waves and creates air flows that goes up to the upper chamber and pass throught two turbines inside there. At the same time, another air flow enters from the top side of the machine and makes the same path but inversed. The combination of these two flows make the turbines move and generate the electricity.
About the second image, illustrates the different locations of the machines depend on the cost of installation and the height of waves. The first location is near the coast, generate less energy, has lower costs of installations and is effective for small waves. The second location is far the coast and it is allows to receive large waves generating more energy, but has higher costs of installation.
All in All, the wave-energy machine, is an eco-frendly way to obtain electricity and could be installed in different locations depends on the money invested.
