Write a letter of invitation to your parents. In your letter,
- Explain that you have completed your studies.
- Give details of the event including time, date, and dress code.
- Let them know how many tickets they have and who they are for.
My dear parents,
I am feeling very excited and delighted while writing this letter to you. I have just finished my tertiary education and there is a convocation ceremony at my university, I am inviting you to join me in my graduation celebration.
It was my dream to study in one of the reputed universities in Canada, and recently I received my Master of Mechanical Engineering degree certificate from the university. The event is going to take place in the Henry auditorium on Friday of 26th January 2021. All my friend group has decided that we would invite our parents to Traditional Indian outfits to express our culture in Canada.
I have got three tickets from the event organizer, so I would like you to ask my girlfriend to join you for the event we have been waiting for a long time. It would be nice to see her in front of me for many days.
Thanks for joining me and let me know for further information.
Your youngest son,
Amit Savaliya
