The information plotted in the given bar charts presents a comparison of the hiring percentages of men and women in 2005 and 2015, between three countries: Canada, South Korea and Sweden.
According to the graphic, in each of the three countries, the males' rates in employment outweighed the female ones. Even though this is noticeable in both years, in 2005, the difference in figures between the two genders was considerably prominent. For instance, in Sweeden, the female rate was approximately 45%, while males nearly reached 80%.
Also, Sweeden peaked in the first position in 2015, having the highest hiring rates, followed by South Korea with around 75%, and Canada with just over 60%. However, in 2015, the rate in South Korea rose slightly to almost 80%, while the others tied on the second place, at 70%.
Overall, the hiring rates for females showed a significant rise in figures from 2005 to 2015. Still, in each of the three countries, they were far lower than the male ones.
