Primary and secondary school enrollments were nearly comparable, at 26.3% and 25.77%, respectively, compared to roughly 8% studying for a master's degree. After ten years, Singaporeans had much greater levels of education, with just over the third holding college degrees and barely 2% having completed basic school.
