Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing in reference to complain about the shortage of city transport buses in the morning hours in the woodlands area.
To elucidate the situation as we are living in the centre of the city and since it is a densely populated area with more than eighty thousand local inhabitants it becomes challenging for us to commute within the city due to the lack of city buses. The situation has become concerning in the recent days as the residents especially the children and the elderly have to wait for long periods at the bus stops. The buses which pass through our area are at the full seating capacity thus it is highly inconvenient and most of the people in our area have to look at the modes of transportation like private cabs, taxis to commute. As you are aware that private taxis and cabs charge a hefty fee at rush hours so it is also highly inconvenient to shell out such amount of money for a longer run.
I hope you understand the above situation and enquire into this matter immediately to help address my complaint.
