Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my complaint regarding the issues faced, during my hotel stay at Royal Hotel. I stayed here from 3rd August to 14th August and was shocked by the standard of food and accommodation.
To begin with, the hotel room was small and untidy and was the condition was very different compared to the advertisement. The bathroom was uncleaned, bedsheets contain food stains, the room heater was not working properly and no proper room services were provided by them.
To make this worst, the food offered was unsatisfactory. All through your advertisement promised it to be a kind of five-star restaurant food, but was of very poor standard.
I would like to get a full refund for the cost of my cruise and an apology for the misinformation you shared in the advertisement. I hope to hear from you regarding this matter soon.
