Overall, it can be seen that the general trend was for the price of four kinds of bread relatively to increase throughout the time scale.
The figures for Brown, White, and Riye showed a similar number by 2001, at 0.6. After 2001, there was a dramatic increase for the the level of Brown and White, soaring to 1.6 and just over 1.2 each, while the latter dropped slightly by 0.1 in 2002, after which the price soared to just above 0.6 at the end of period.
On the other hand, the price of Wholegrain remained stable during the timeline, where it stood at 0.8 by at the beginning of period. Afterwards, although reaching a peak at 1.8 a year later –the highest figure shown- the level eventually fell back to the initial number (0.8) by 2006.
