Fast food has become a part of our society. What is the impact of fast food on human life?
One of the most notable trends in today’s world is the enormous upsurge in the usage of fast food by our society. There are many advantages as well as disadvantages associated with fast food consumption on human life. This essay will discuss both the pros and cons of consuming fast food on human life.
There are myriads of argument against the increased usage of fast food in our daily life, but the most preponderant one is its effect on our health. Due to increased fast food consumption, people are accumulating many diseases, like obesity, cardiac issues and many more lifestyle diseases. Furthermore, a recent study has invariably revealed fast food items lacks in nutritional values, which in turn makes people more lazy and sick.
On the other hand, as the name suggests fast food items can be quickly obtained and consumed. Also, fast food chains like McDonald's, Burger King spends the hefty amount on developing new taste, which makes their food more tastier, and it makes people more addictive to there food. Furthermore, in today’s competitive world many people do not want to spend their time cooking food; instead they opt for fast food items.
From the above discussion, one can conclude that even though, there are many health issues are associated with fast food consumption, many people like to have them due to various reasons. Hence, fast food has become an integral part of our society.
