Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to working another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.
Some argue that professionals such as doctors and engineers should be required to practice in the country where they are trained while others agree that they should have the freedom to choose another country to work in. I believe that professionals should have the freedom to choose where to work. This essay will discuss both views.
For starters, professionals should stay in their home countries to help improve the economy. Because, most of the professionals are trained in their home country by government-issued scholarships. And working in your own country will easily adapt to the working environment and climate. It is also possible to gather friends to eat and drink after every stressful working hour without the language barrier. Therefore, these professionals can choose to stay where they are trained.
However, skilled workers should be allowed to travel to other places abroad to enhance their experience. Professionals have jobs that require advanced education and training that may not be available where they are trained. This will allow them to get higher qualifications, advance their careers and improve their earning potential. In addition, they also experience more foreign culture, discover the customs of indigenous people. Therefore, it is important that professionals have the opportunity to practice their profession wherever they choose.
In short, professionals should be allowed to decide whether they will work in the country where they are trained to help boost the economy or go abroad to advance their career. In my opinion, professionals should be free to travel anywhere to practice
